Nintendo Wii Backwards Compatibility

E 'recently caught my attention when talking to friends that not many know that the Nintendo Wii is compatible with Nintendo GameCube and includes connectivity for the Game Boy Advance. Nintendo Wii backwards compatibility is not all rosy, though, as explained in this article. When the Nintendo Wii was introduced, one of the main advantages of the console for many gamers was the fact that I could play Nintendo GameCube games as well. With a capacity again, you can use all GameCube games and accessories for the Nintendo Wii. However, there are some minor problems that must be taken into account. Possible problems playing GameCube games on Wii The main issue that comes with GameCube games on Wii is that you can always save the game. So you could do very well in many things, but you can not save, so you lose everything you had done. This is a particular problem with adventure-style games that take long to complete. If you want to be able to save your game then you can always buy a memory card for Nintendo GameCube. That will allow you to save GameCube games on Wii. If you want to play GameCube games on your Nintendo Wii then another thing you have to buy a GameCube controller, though of course one does not possess. Obviously, the driver for the two consoles are completely different. This means that if you tried to play a game with a GameCube controller, Nintendo Wii, simply would not work. So be sure to have some of the accessories before using GameCube games for Wii. Another benefit that comes from the Wii, Nintendo GameCube ports is that you can also connect a Game Boy Advance and as an e-Reader. But again, you have the accessories to use this and for the Game Boy Advance, you will need a Game Boy Advance cable. One thing that can also be a problem is that since the firmware has been upgraded to 3.0 of the console can not now be fully compatible with the role of GameCube Action Replay. This works with GameCube games and what they may experience some problems when trying to make different games designed specifically for GameCube. Finally, the Wii is not compatible with the GameCube composite video, component video cables and S-Video, because a gate keeper. So there are some negative things to consider when searching using the Nintendo Wii for GameCube games. In general, however, is certainly an advantage that can play on the GameCube. This means that any person who has already bought a GameCube before the Wii can still play on both consoles. It's easier than having to keep switching between the two machines and the graphics are also very good when you play well on Wii. Overall Nintendo Wii backwards compatibility is a big advantage of a system already excellent game.
